BTS is a full-service tree care company located in the heart of Silicon Valley. We are now hiring full-time tree climbers and groundspersons. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience, a valid California driver's license, and be able to communicate effectively when needed. We offer a 40-hour work week with competitive pay, as well as medical, dental and vision benefits, vacation time, and paid holidays. Pre-employment background checks and drug testing are required.

TREE CLIMBERS:
Must have working knowledge of tree trimming techniques, removal methods and rigging procedures. Must demonstrate an understanding of the use of chain saws, pole and hand saws, chippers, pole pruners, saddles and ropes.

GROUNDSPERSONS:
Must have knowledge of the use and maintenance of chippers, chainsaws and pole pruners. Responsible for removing debris, chipping brush, and leaving job site clean.
